At Candleholm, we believe in intentional purchases and mutual respect. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to make it right.
🔁 Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy — meaning you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible:

Your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed

In its original packaging, with tags intact

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

❗Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll fix it — fast.

We do not accept returns on:

🔄 Exchanges
Want to exchange something?
The quickest way is to return the item, and place a new order once your return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU Customers — 14-Day Right to Cancel
If your item was shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason — no explanation needed.
As above, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
💳 Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
